Sub assign 2

The next artist that interested me was Kelli Connell.

I found that her photography was interesting because of the fact that her subjects were twins...or they seemed to be. They were the subjects of every photo on this website and I thought it was interesting the way she seemed to capture everyday moments. The photos were very natural, but at the same time there was something unsettling about them. I think she did a good job of catching the viewer and holding their attention long enought to create an effect. The colors are vibrant and realistic.

I believe that the fact that the subjects are twins says something about a double life or maybe a shared identity. It suggests a closeness that is almost unsettling. I like and hate these images at the same time. I have a hard time analyzing them and I think that is why I am drawn to them! Very interesting!
